Your willingness to get involved helps strengthen the life of our parish and reflects the spirit of discipleship that Jesus calls us to live each day. There are many opportunities to volunteer — from liturgical ministries and faith formation to outreach, hospitality, and community service. Whatever your talents or interests, there is a place for you here. We are grateful for your generous heart and look forward to walking together in faith and service.

Volunteer Opportunities in Our Parish

Areas of Service
Liturgical & Worship Ministries
Greeters / Ushers — Welcome parishioners and assist at Mass.
Lectors — Proclaim the readings at Mass.
Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion — Assist at Mass and serve the home-bound or hospitalized.
Altar Servers — Assist the priest and deacon during liturgies.
Choirs, Instrumentalists, Cantors — Share your musical gift in worship.
Art & Environment — Help beautify and maintain the worship space for different liturgical seasons.
Faith Formation & Education
Catechists / Teaching Assistants — Work with children, youth or adults in faith formation.
Sacrament Preparation Teams — Help prepare parents, couples, and candidates for baptism, marriage, etc.
Adult Faith Formation — Support programs, workshops, and classes for adult learners.
Outreach, Social Justice & Parish Life
Home-bound Ministry — Visit those who cannot attend Mass, bring Communion, and offer companionship.
Food & Clothing Drives, Pantries, Service Projects — Help serve those in need in our community.
Garden / Grounds Crew, Building & Maintenance
Use your hands and skills to maintain parish grounds and facilities.
Event & Fundraising Committees
Help plan parish festivals, fundraisers, and other large-scale events.
Next Steps
Reflect on your gifts, interests and time availability. Choose one (or more) areas that resonate with you. Contact the parish office and let us know your interest — we’ll help with orientation/training as needed. For ministries involving children or vulnerable adults, a screening and safe-environment training is be required.
