St. Patrick Stewardship Committee offered a virtual pilgrimage during the Lenten season. We toured the Catholic shrines in Father Antony’s home country - India.
We began in Father’s home state of Kerala, on the southwest coast of India, moving around the southern tip and then heading along the east coast. We visited a variety of Catholic basilicas and shrines throughout the country, including the mother house of the Missionaries of Charity and the Tomb of Saint (Mother) Teresa of Calcutta. We crossed the country from there, visiting a few more shrines and then headed back to Kerala.
Information on each place we visited was available via appropriate website links. Prayer as you walked a pilgrimage is important. Several of the shrines and basilicas are dedicated to our Blessed Mother, so saying the rosary would be wonderful.
Get ready to walk, run or bike, and come exploring with us!
